Digital Detox at the Vibrant Gujarat Start-Up and Technology Summit

At the Vibrant Gujarat Startup and Technology Summit 2018, giving a talk on Digital Detox. The talk was about understanding digital addiction and ways in which we can do a DIY Digital Detox. Had a packed house, a really savvy audience, and an invigorating Q&A. Got to interact with some brilliant start-ups, focused on solving some really relevant problems. My favorite was Nami Hydrogel, a non toxic gel that helps conserve water (with slow release) while farming. What I loved the most was that there was a separate area for children entrepreneurs to showcase their start-up ideas. Most were from fairly underprivileged backgrounds, but their spunk and ambition was truly remarkable.
