Service Description

These retreats vary from 5-7 days and are held in upper Himalayan region of the Spiti Valley. The focus is on inner healing therapies and guided meditation. Part of the programme is held in ancient Buddhist monasteries, where you will get to meditate with the monks and participate in their activities, and visit places that are charged with spiritual energies. You will experience an extraordinary oneness with the universe, as well as a deep sense of peace, inner quiet, and transformation. Prices mentioned are per day, per person. Group rates vary depending on the number of participants.
