GUIDED MEDITATION

Mindfulness Meditation is a secular, non-sectarian method that brings attention to our inner and outer experiences with acceptance, patience, and compassion. It helps with anxiety, stress, attention deficit, sleep, memory, depression and various other ailments.

This creates positive changes in attitude by softening judgement & breaking barriers towards ourselves and others. It heals pain, negativity, confusion. and changes negative patterns of the mind.  We develop the quality of 'loving-acceptance' and that changes our life experience. 

Om is is the vibration of the universe. It is the most powerful, all-emcompassing frequency that connects and joins all things together : the earth, the cosmos & our being. This meditation uses the Om vibrations to create maximum impact on your mind, body and soul.

This severs negative energy attachments with another person that constantly drain, sadden, anger, belittle, scare or limit us, in a past or present relationship. Cord-cutting helps us move forward, have healthier relationships, create a more positive life & live to our full potential.
