Counselling deals with healing pain, confusion, trauma, anguish, depression, dysfunction or conflict within you. The focus lies heavily on resolving difficulties that arose in the past, and the impact they have on your present life. Life Coaching is purely future oriented, with the main focus being setting and achieving personal or professional goals.

Counselling sessions can be done in person or online.

t’s important to understand that each person’s problems and counselling needs are unique to them. People seek counselling for a vast variety of reasons.
