Who came up with the concept of constant ascension? The idea that we need to keep climbing invisible ladders, professionally, socially, even spiritually? Banish the ladders, banish the ascension. Not every playing field is about getting higher. Sometimes being expansive, being happy, even being still, is more important than rungs, climbs and vertically motivated ambitions.
