How to manage stress, anxiety & depression in the times of Covid-19

It's hard being totally isolated and alone during the lockdown, but it's just as challenging to be in a compact space, locked in with the same people day after day. Plenty of family members and roommates are getting on to each other's nerves, pets are getting restless cooped up indoors, and a general feeling of agitation, restlessness, frustration, anxiety, stress and depression are pretty common these days. The key to people effectively sharing space is giving space to one another. Don't get clingy, demanding and let each person just be. Love is not about spending all your time together. Instead, it is about allowing yourself and the other person to BREATHE, in every sense.
