Teaching has become an extremely high-stress profession, especially over the past 15 years. There is ample research that proves that teacher stress, anxiety, burnout, and job dissatisfaction are at an all-time high, thanks to various factors like increased pressure, unreasonable demands from parents and the system, technology and the new student-teacher-parent dynamics. All this makes the much-neglected facet of mental fitness for teachers, an issue of critical importance, on
